Applying changes to my edited translation memory to my translations

Dear SDL Community, 
 I am working on a 22-words translation with Trados for the first time and I have some doubts regarding the TM. 
 I have been detecting translation errors that I would like to change across the 20 project documents. I went to "translation memory" and changed them (and committed them) there, but I would now like to "pour" these changes back into my documents, that is, apply all the changes I did in the TM units to my actual translations. Is that possible? 
 Should that not be the case, how am I supposed to do that? Is there any "cross-file" search+replace option that will allow me to apply every change? Or do I need to do that manually on each individual 20 documents?

You could, if you trust your TM 100% use this option and pretranslate the project: 
 
 Or, open all your files in one go in a virtual merge and use the translate to fuzzy function: 
 
 This will run through the segments and stop whenever it finds something different to the entry in your TM so you can apply it. You have more control over it this way. 
 Or of course you could just search and replace all the files in your project... the SDLXLIFF Toolkit on the appstore will support this easily.
