Every time I perform a QA I still get results for all segments, even the one I excluded.
Here is the setting of the excluded segments for a QA:
It is in German, but you should get the idea. I also tried to lock the segments, but they are still shown in the QA. Any idea what went wrong?
I can't reproduce this... are you sure this is checked?

I only want to run the terminology verification, so the QA Checker is not checked.
There's your problem then... the exclusions you are setting are part of the QA Checker so as long as you have deactivated it nothing will work. You need this one in the Terminology Verifier:
