Error message "One or more files not supported" - help please

Question

Hi, 
 I was wondering if someone please can help me. I am trying to do retrofit on a number of IDML files. I have done it several times before but these 7 documents I am trying to do now won't let me and the following error message comes up. Can anyone please advise how to solve this issue?

Hello Anna Watling , 
 Maybe the first thing to check would be the settings and ensure process unsupported file versions is enabled 
 
 Now reopen the project. 
 Does this help?
