What version of Studio are you running?  You should have this:

SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.5.2145

The UI for the correct version looks like this and not like the screenshot you are showing (you can copy paste images... no need to put them into a word file):

You are only showing the old UI and all I see is the adaptive engines.  These are also available to me if I click on the dropdown, but the NMT should default:

Does it mean that with my version (which seems to be the previous one, if I do understand when you are talking about the old UI - sorry I am not an IT specialist), I cannot have access to the NMT ??

No sorry, my current version is 15.1.0.44109.

It seems I have the possibility to upgrade to the version you are talking about. Will this one give me access to the NMT ?

Yes.  The NMT features were introduced in version 15.2.4.1693 that was released last year so you definitley need to update:

I have updated my version as per your advice. But it still does not work.

Once I start with creating a new project, it appears like this on the pictures below, and on the right side, in the cell "Modèle", I can only find "Référence" even by trying to scroll down.

What can I do ?

I have sent a message to Radu, but I have not received any answer so far, and I need to be able to use this urgently.

I have also opened the tab Licenses under Downloads, alike in your link.
