I am encountering the same issue I encountered last year with opening project packages (https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/studio/20542/issue-with-opening-a-project-package---trados-studio-2019-starter).
The reason why I am encountering this issue again is that I had to uninstall SDL Trados Studio 2019 and re install it on my new computer.
Last year, a technician from SDL helped me to fix this issue by lowering the user access control and by repairing the software. I previously cleared the content of a temporary folder (C:\TEMP).
I lowered the user access control and updated SDL Trados Studio but it still does not work. I also cleared the content of the temporary folder C:\TEMP.
Does anyone know if I forgot to do something?
