For some time I can no longer save a Report in Excel format. The Knowledge Base comments are not appropriate.
I am working with Office Pro Plus 2016 and Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.5.2145

If that doesn't help can you try running a repair of Excel? And if that doesn't help I'll speak to support and see what we can do to help.

More importantly you didn't install an external PDF tool that may be impacting this, and presumably running a repair of Studio goes without saying in your case. So I'll see if anyone can offer any other advice here and come back to you later in the week.

Firstly, my sincere thanks for sacrificing your Sunday. I updated Studio just before reporting the fault. Windows does not allow any Repair for Studio, just Uninstall. I uninstalled PDFCreator, but without any effect.

Incorrect. Make sure you use the Control panel and not the new fangled W10 style,
