Hello all,

We have 30+ reviewers using a server-based TM. We are trying to find the best way to label certain segments/translation units to indicate that they are default. (We have certain default lines of text that cannot be amended. These "default" entries are currently in the same TM as all of our other entries.) Could anyone provide tips on the best way to do this? We've been researching options, but can't seem to find a good solution.

Options we have seen are using the "signed off" feature and custom fields. Would you recommend either of these?

We want to avoid splitting into multiple TMs. Also, we need to add the label so that is visible to our reviewers and so it persists for all documents and doesn't reset with each new job.
