What is the package extension you received ? .ppx?

If you copy and rename the package and save as .zip (instead of .ppx), when you unzip the package, can you see the files now?

Could you explain what you mean by

I note curiously from your screenshot that the package has an odd due date- which theoretically shouldn't be possible 

as this would normally through an error-

I've still not been able to figure this out. I have finished the file for my client as I found a work-around but opening the package as a package still doesn't show the file I need to work on (under Files View). I have tried clicking Include Subfolders Evzen Polenka and that then shows the file when opening the package, but when I finalise the process, the file is still not visible. It's not urgent as I've found a way around this issue but it's just a little curious. I noticed the strange date too and wondered if this could be the issue.

Is it possible that you have the wrong language selected in the Files view?


The Source language may be displayed rather than the Target, or a language other than yours?

Probably more likely, as there was a subfolder displayed in your screenshot, it could be that you have the following box 'Include subfolders' unticked:

You'd then have to click on the subfolder in the 'Project folders' pane under 'Files' on the left-hand side of your Files window to be able to see the file.

It appears the project you had received was created using languages you don't have installed/use.
