Log in to the SDL gateway fails

Question

Hi 
 Suddenly, I cannot log in to the gateway anymore using Chrome. I always get the following: 
 
 I cleared the browser cache, but this did not help. 
 It works fine when using Firefox. 
 What can I do about this?

 We had another user report this earlier today... can you try to open it from an incognito browser? Can you also confirm what link you are trying t use? Fasil Aziz would be interested in this as he's investigating it.

Hi Paul 
 It turned out to be a Chrome-specific problem. I found out because there was a pending update of Chrome from v79 to 80, which asked me to relaunch Chrome to finish the upgrade, but whenever I did this, Chrome came up again in v79 and never updated. I then tried to reinstall Chrome, which also failed and told me that I needed to restart my PC to complete the update. After reboot, I was on v80 and the issue with the authentication on the SDL gateway was also solved.
