I'd like to create a TM to be used by an external vendor for instance, that contains the TUs taken into account in my analysis of the project (so taken from my own TMs).
This TM would contain all 74% to CM and PM matches relevant to the files of my project, is such a thing possible? Is this what project TM is?

Yes... this is exactly what a Project TM is. When you create your Project make sure you use the appropriate batch task to use a Project TM and it will be created in a sub folder with your project files.

Thanks Paul! Most often I would use several TMs for my projects, and I've noticed a project TM is created for each active TM. Is there a way to get all this data into one TM other than creating a new TM and manually import the data?
Not automatically as you create your project, but you could "upgrade" the TMs instead of exporting to TMX and importing again. The upgrade TM routine can merge TMs into one.

One last question (I promise! :)). Is it possible to do this upgrade operation using Groupshare-hosted TMs? I have noticed the "Add Server TM" option in the upgrade window, but I'm not sure if this can be used for Groupshare TMs? Thank you!
