As for the version I use:
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.5.2145 (Freelance Edition)
The steps I follow to get the translated output are these two:
Through the menu > Save Target As
And by right clicking on the project file and choosing Batch Tasks>Export Files
Both failed. I got to fix it by clearing the styles used in the Microsoft Word file I'm translating and it worked.
But it got me thinking; text styles shouldn't be a problem in the first place.
would it be OK if I sent you the file in private? since my hands are tied.
