When did you contact the developer?
Its worth noting that most external developers do not do this full time, and it may take a while for them to respond- especially if they are really busy with their own projects.

Please do, that way they can give more priority to fixing this.
Can you tell me if this happens with all of your files or just this one? It's odd you never mentioned this before as you use it a lot.
The developer builds these applications for his own use, with Asian languages, so I imagine if this was a generic problem he would have seen this already. Junya Takaichi may respond through here.
