Settings for Verification Message Detail popup

Question

Hello 
 I have a co-worker that stated before upgrade to latest version of 2019 that were able to have the Verification Message Details window open and still be able to use the Editor option to make changes there instead of in the popup window. 
 I never tried working that way but they prefer to make changes that way. 
 Is there some sort of settings that would allow you to have the popup error message window open and still edit target in the Editor view? 
 
 I am thinking you can't have the popup open and still use the Editor directly.

 This is the first time I have seen any one ask for this. 
 As the verification would normally be completed at the end of the translation and you can move back and forth between segments there isnt an option to have the QA checker permanently pinned within the editor.
