In the Editor view, Studio 2019 (v. 15.2.0.1041) only recognizes terminology coming from the glossary set as Default both in the Term Recognition pane and in the Termbase viewer. It does not recognize terminology from other currently open glossaries, which are enabled (ticked), thus making termbase a glorified very simple terminology tool, which does not really add anything to this overpriced CAT tool. Even the free online version of SmartCAT can read multiple glossaries open simultaneously.
Since I did not purchase any Support package (which again is freely available on other CAT tools), I am unable to open a support ticket and I get redirected to the home page of the support any time I try. Unfortunately, I am forced to use Trados as most of my clients started using it when other (better) tools were not around and do not wish to reinvest their money in better tools.
This issue has already been published in other threads but it obviously has not been solved. Anyway, if you have already solved this issue please let me know how. Thanks in advance.
