It sounds as though you may have not selected all the languages you needed when you installed the new version.  I suggest you uninstall the application, and then reinstall making sure you only select the main languages yo need.  You do not need to select more than one variant of each as you'll get all the variants anyway.

Dear Paul,as you can perceive by this print screen I am being unable to uninstall SDL TRados 2019.  This error message appears and does not allow the requested procedure..  Please I need help because I am receiving new jobs and cannot work on Trados. Thanks in advance.

There may be a manual workaround to this by installing the modules separately, but I think you will be better off logging a support case and have the support team do this for you.  

For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.

Paul, I have submitted a case, but in meanwhile I was already able to uninstall. What shall I do next? Deactivate the licence?

You should not have to deactivate the licence.  So the next step would be to install again and now reselect your languages making sure you only pick one flavour of each language you need.
