After a unrelated Blue Screen of Death, Trados has lost all Projects from the Projects View and won't open any projects

Hi, everyone.

After an unrelated BSOP screen (I am having some video screen issues while playing Prime Videos, something with my graphics card, it seems), my computer restarted. As to my bad luck, the computer crashed while I was opening a Trados Studio file.

This is the BSOD.

Blue screen error message indicating a problem that requires the computer to restart, with a progress percentage of 20% complete.

When the computer started and opened Trados Studio 2019 again, I discovered all my projects from the Projects View were gone. The filters are ok and I have not changed anything.

However, the files are still in the hard drive. However, when I double click in my active project file, this is what appears.

Trados Studio error log showing multiple error entries, including 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' and 'Failed to load project from file'.

After some research, it seems the crash has corrupted my active project file, as it's no longer viewable with Notepad, and it does weird things when opened. The thing is, it has deleted my entire list of projects in my View Projects pane. Any idea if there is a backup of such list or how I could recover it? And, more importantly, any idea on how to recover my current project file? I have the files themselves, but the project is corrupted.

As a funny thing, a custom Batch task I had created has disappeared too. Weird! Haven't found anything else, but I'll post it if I find it.

Anyone has ever experienced anything like this?
