2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the first option.

The current updates are cumulative updates and these are applied from Studio after installing the version you downloaded from your account.  If you look at the orange coloured bell in the top right of your Studio interface you should see this.  If you cannot see this for some reason, and I have come across users who could not until I pointed it out to them on a shared screen, then you can also download it from the KB article used for all updates to the current production release:

Thanks @ Paul, problem solved!

Using your well-hidden hyperlink I downloaded and saved (You never know whether there will be a next time or not) version 15.2.5.2145. Then I launched a new install over the previous one and it worked.

I keep saying that latest versions should be more easily accessible because, once you  are already working with the latest version, the updating coloured bell does not ring any more. So it would be good if a Studio user could find in his account, under "Downloads", not the very first, original version, but rather the latest one (It should not be too difficult to be implemented).

You'd think so wouldn't you... but then you have no idea what it takes for us to bring all of these things together and make changes in the My SDL area.
