These are not concordance searches, they are just TM lookups.  Are you able to reproduce this at will?  Can you share a small video of this perhaps?

Yes, it happens every time. I cannot disclose a video as strict confidentiality applies within the company I work for, but I went through the whole file manually to apply the "TM lookups" (sorry the terms got me confused) before adding in the server TM. Now, I'm going segment by segment adjusting where necessary. So I arrive on a new segment, it has a score of say "99%", I add a non-breaking space in the target and said score disappears to show the example above. I hope that's clearer?

ok - then I suggest you log a case with support (as long as you have a support contract?).  I can't reproduce this I'm afraid and unless I can there isn't much I can do to help.  I haven't seen this before... but perhaps others have?

Thank you. The channel for logging a case with support is very long, that's why I was hoping to avoid it, but I see no posts about this anywhere, so I guess there's no choice...
