受注先からは、参照用として、英語以外の言語から英語への翻訳データもいただいています。
英語以外の言語から日本語への翻訳の際、この英語以外の言語から英語への翻訳データも参照しながら翻訳作業を行うことは可能でしょうか？

Your best bet would be to align the translations, or if they are an SDLXLIFF already, and update into a TM. Then add the TM to your project using AnyTM. Now you can reference the translations using concordance.
