Trying to open SDL Trados STudio 2019 with Windows 10, I get the following error message:

Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started.

Details are as follows:

● Failed to load project data from c:\users\[my directory]\Documents\Studio 2019\Projects\projects.xml

● There is an error in XML document (996, 241).

● Unexpected end of file while parsing Name has occurred. Line 996, position 241.

Can anyone help me with this?

I have a medium level of knowledge about computers (I know just about enough to get myself in trouble), so please keep that in mind if you have solutions to offer.
