Is there a way to import AutoCorrect lists from Word into Studio?

Question

Is there a way for translators who were using Word previously to import their AutoCorrect list from Word directly into Studio? 
 The ACL file from MS Office seems to be a format that's not supported when trying to import an AutoCorrect file into Studio. 
 Does anyone have a workaround to avoid having to re-type each and every entry?

 About seven years ago (how time flies!!) I wrote an article on how to do this which I published here:

 This is actually geared towards using AutoHotkey as this allows you to use the Word autocorrect features, and more, in every application you have on your desktop. It does contain links to extracting the authotkey lists so this might be helpful for you in any event. 
 I then, a few years later, published this one that explains how to use the import feature for autocorrect since it's not the most friendly feature in Studio!
