I would like to ask you about Termbase ,as we work as a team using the same termbase located on our network but sometimes term recognition suddenly not working ,termbase search is working fine but term recognition stops to work and sometimes it comes back to work again ,please provide us with the cause of this issue and the solution?

MultiTerm termbases are not designed to be shared unless you are using GroupShare. I'm assuming you are not using GroupShare or you have made this clear at the start.
If you share like this it's most likely down to the database index files, so maybe try a reorganisation. That might help.
But I would reiterate that it sounds as though you are working in a way that is not supported so you have to live with these small irritations.
