SDL Trados Studio has a long struggle with Windows Region & language setting --> Date & time Setting--> Calendar Type : Persian Shamsi (تقویم هجری شمسی)
This struggle seems to be ceased in first versions of SDL Trados Studio 2019, but with this last patch: SR2 - 15.2.5.2145, this problem shows up in a new form: When creating a new project, the preparation tasks, never ends. It stick at . . . say .. 93%, forever.
I am happy to announce: first problem is addressed in Trados 2021 16.2.12.9338 . It is not a full solution but a good movement.
Now on this situation, Trados will stop the analyze task with rising an exception:
The DateTime represented by the string is not supported in calendar System.Globalization.PersianCalendar.
note: my second problem (navigating sdltm) is still as before.
