Hello!

I get the error message "L'accès au chemin d'accès 'C:\Users\rener\OneDrive\Documents\Studio 2017\AutoSave\287b9be5-a0d0-4711-a239-3f2bfabc05fd' est refusé." whenever I save a document in Trados Studio 2017.

Is there a way to remedy this situation?

  • Do you have your Documents folder synchronised with OneDrive or DropBox or other cloud service? This is the common reason for such problems. Please remove the synchronization and the problem should be solved at once. You can manually synchronize the Documents folder or use a decent synchronization software for that. Placing Studio files in the cloud with automatic synchronization is asking for trouble.
