WHile we are translating Excel/Word file, translation is not getting processed and we dont see the trnsalation from Chinese to English. Images are not working correctly.
We are not able to open PDF and it shows as corrupted files.
PLease help.
You seem to have three questions here.

What does this mean exactly? Are you referring to the target file or some problem in Studio while you are translating?
Images are not working correctly.
What do you mean by images? If they are charts then some of the content may be translatable, but but if they are just embedded images Studio cannot do this for you. You'd need to extract the images, redo them in some DtP software and then insert them into the target file.

Is this a new problem with PDF source files? Maybe the PDF files are corrupted?
You should really open separate threads for each problem because it's very difficult for anyone to help you and track the progress of the solution. Dumping all questions into one thread is a bit like working in facebook!
