MS Word creates documents with segments from Trados Studio

Question

When I've been working in Studio, I afterwards often have several or even many Word documents opening, each containing one segment from the file I was working on in Studio. It often happens, when I start the computer the next time, and it's not all the segments that are pasted into documents like this, just some. Does anybody know if this issue can be fixed? 
 I found an old thread saying that this relates to Studio using the Word dictionary for spell checking, but I couldn't see any suggested solution.

 Can you point me to the thread you are referring to? 
 What version of Studio are you using? 
 What version of office are you using? 
 Are you using the Word Dictionary? If you are try using the Hunspell dictionary for a while and see if it still occurs.

 I discussed this with the support team to see if they had ever come across this before and the suggestions were these: 
 
 make sure you are not using any other add-ins to Office which might prevent Studio from closing the Office instance that is used for the spell checker. 
 make sure you have installed all the latest updates for MS Office 
 
 Certainly we don't have any cases in support for this specific issue, and don't seem to have anything pending a fix on our side either. It seems as though the issue really is related to Office. 
 I'm happy to investigate this further in case there is something here we do need to fix but you need to make sure you have addressed the two things above first.
