I don't really know what your problem is I'm afraid.  When you say it's jammed what does that mean?  If you mean it's frozen and you can't use any features then kill it.

If that doesn't help I suggest you try a Studio reset.  Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0

So the path would become this:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0_old

If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:

www.howtogeek.com/.../

Help! I am completely lost. Thing is I use Trados on Windows in a MacBookPro so I don't know what you mean by the Windows key. Would it be possible for you to clear this up by remote control over the internet? My Mac is connected with Windows and Trados open.

Just navigate to here... same thing, it's just a shortcut:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp

Not really... I'm not a support engineer and it's Saturday evening.

If yo can't do this by yourself I suggest you log a support case and the support team will pick this up at the start of next week.

You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
