Please make sure you are logged onto your machine as admin (not a secondary user account) and follow the instructions in the article above.

If you still have the same issues- please reinstall Studio directly from your SDL account again- adding Studio/MultiTerm to your AntiVirus 'whitelist'

Thank you very much for your reply and for linking that article.

Yes, it was definitely a problem with an incorrect uninstall of Studio.

I finally managed to uninstall and reinstall it and, though I cannot see my previous projects in the Project view, I can open them manually.
