Can you explain where you are attempting to do this from?

For example, if you are in a Project you will only be presented with the language pairs for that specific project.  So it it doesn't have French in the project you won't get the language.

I have tried from the Project as well as from scratch without any specific project.  I am only presented with EN-SPA and vice-versa.  No other language is available to me.

Have you also tried from the Translation Memories View?  It really does sound as though you simply don't have the language pairs in your options.  The default, under File -> Options, also only allows you to create TMs with the language pairs you have added.

Also try making sure you have got the language pairs you need in here, under File -> Options:

These are normally added when you create a project but if you are trying to simply add a TM then you need to make sure the languages are available.

If none of this is the problem then perhaps you didn't select these languages when you installed the product?

Thank you Paul.  I tried your suggestions but nothing works.  How do I go about installing another language?

If running a repair installation doesn't work (via the windows control panel) then you can do it quickly like this.

 Close Studio.

• Hold down the windows key and press R. (or right click the start/windows button and select Run).
• Paste in this:
• reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\LDSRClient15 /f

It worked!!  Thank you Paul.

Paul, a new issue has come up.  I can't go past the Translation Memory Setting when loading a new document for translation.  I select my language pair En-Fr, but when I click OK it does not move. See screenshot below:

Better to use a new thread for new questions as each thread has a question, and hopefully a verified answer.  Makes it easier for users to find the solutions to the questions themselves.  In fact if you'd done that you may have been prompted with this one answered a couple of days ago:

Basically you just need to set a target language in File -> Options -> Editor
