It looks as though you'd have to delete the comment to add the words without them being included.  Looks like a bug to me.  I'll log this in case it didn't do this.  I checked in Studio 2017 and the same behaviour occurred there too so my guess is this never worried anyone before... odd one, but if you want accurate and specific highlighting I can see how this would be unsatisfactory.

I've also noticed buggy behaviour if you copy-paste commented text to another segment. In my opinion, anything you copy paste should not be highlighted in yellow. You just want to paste the text, not the comment too. And deleting commented text also produced strange behaviour (can't remember exactly what happened, but I seem to recall ending up with an error message popping up).

It would be nice to have a faster way to delete or edit a comment too. How about a shortcut key to delete a comment? In MemoQ, which I use at home, it's equally cumbersome, but I got around it with autohotkey. But I use Studio in an institution, so I don't have admin rights to be using AHK.
