I am not able to download the SDL Trados 2019 SR2 files from my SDL Account

Hi,

So I reinstalled Windows 10 yesterday and it seems that the download get's stuck at 8.8 megas....it does not continue after that.

Tried to download through the FTP link and also unable to download the files, the same thing happens.

Any ideas what might be causing this? The same happens with Multiterm and the Licensing Manager.

I am running a Lenovo Thinkpad T470 on a 100/50 mbps connection...
