We noticed that opening large PPT files that contain high-res pictures or even videos may take ages.

Today, we had a 750 MB large PPT document. After 15 min. Studio was still at 11% of the conversion process and did not seem to proceed, so that I had to kill Studio.

I then removed the video in the PTT and opened this slightly reduced copy, this time Studio was able to create the SDLXLIFF in about 4 minutes.

Setting the SDLXLIFF file option for embedded files to the maximum of 100 MB did not contribute to solve the problem.

I couldn't find any option in the PPT filetype that would allow to speed up this conversion process?

Apart from telling the customer that he should not include such huge media in his PPT (), what are the options we have to handle such cases?
