This sounds like some of the components could not be installed, hence the failed installation.
You could try a manual installation- steps are noted here-

It might also help to temporarily disable your Antivirus software whilst doing this.

Hi Steven,
The error occurs when set-up reaches the C++ Redistributable, despite the fact that I tried to repair this C++ over and over.
I eventually succeeded, by manually installing those three components in the Modules folder.
