I guess most LSPs would not want translators to use any odd MT service they (the translators) choose. If you are preparing a project for GroupShare (which you will do using Trados Studio Professional I guess), you can pre-translate documents using any MT service you can integrate with Studio and publish those pre-translated projects on GroupShare I believe.
The DeepL plugin is for Trados Studio, not for GroupShare. I don't think you can use any plugins with the GroupShare online editor.
