Question

To Attn. Mrs. Alison Field, 
 thank you for your replay. I have Studio since 2014 and I have made many termbases and used them. Now I made all steps as you recommended. I can see the termbases, I can add new terms from the text and as I open the termbase the terms are there. As I am working on the project the term recognition ist not working. The terms are not shown although the icon of term recognition is green as being on. 
 I really don't know, what I should do. 
 I would be thankful for any help.

 Have you checked that both Studio and MultiTerm are on the latest versions? 
 
 A mismatch of versions can often cause issues. 
 Also, it helps if you can post screenshots of what you can see/Studio interface, as this helps us visualize what might be the problem.

This is a tale as old as time . Sadly, the truth of the matter &ndash; irrespective of any other answers you will get here from others &ndash; is that in Studio, term recognition just doesn't really work realiably, ever. It never has. Until the developers redesign the underlying technology, it probably never will work reliably. It is based on ancient, legacy technology.

Hi Smljka Malenčić 
 As says, you must have the most recent version of MultiTerm as well as Studio. 
 To update MultiTerm you need to open it and go to Help > Check for Updates in the same way as with Studio. Here's how that looks in MultiTerm:
