If you have activated fragment matching for TU fragments you might also find you get more help with this sort of thing from your TM.  :

But you will also have to make sure you updated your TM.  So if you have this small triangle against your TM name you need to update it to enable the ability to use fragment matching:

I changed it to 35% and it started finding the terms. Now I have to see if it detects too little or too much! But I understand now what's happening, that was very useful.

As for the TM, yes, I'm finding more things in the TM, but it's only been created by myself and it doesn't contain yet most of the terms that the client wants to keep as per their glossary.
