If I recover the whole system onto the same disk, from a disk image, do I have to reactivate Trados or will it already activated?

... will it already BE activated - that's what I meant.
I imagine it will be... but I'm not 100% sure. Why don't you simply deactivate the licence first and then it doesn't matter. If you can't do this you'll have to log a support request to get your licence reactivated, or use the self-service option here:
