Looking at the flag in your earlier screenshot I'd say that's really either Spanish (Modern) or Spanish (Spain, International Sort).  Try adding them both to your language list.

Paul:

In the list of Traget languagues, there only appear all versions of Engish lang., but not Spanish or other languages at all, and the last option in the list is the one you see in the screenshot, that is Fijian.

In this case it sounds as though you have not added the appropriate languages when you installed Studio.  Perhaps try this to reset your languages: 

• Close Studio.
• Hold down the windows key and press R. (or right click the start/windows button and select Run).
• For Studio 2017 paste in this:
  reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\LDSRClient5 /f
• Press ok.
• Restart Studio.
• For Studio 2019 paste in this:
  reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\LDSRClient15 /f
