Dear, 

I'm in charge of updating Spanish tms and sending them back to linguists to update theirs to keep consistency all through the projects. The problem is that both linguists using Trados WB 2007 and Studio 2017/2019 when importing my TMXs (produced by Trados 2007 or Studio 2019 as applicable) their TMs show many segments where Spanish segments show accents as very weird characteres... e.g:

Could you pls help me to find a solution since TM is useless with these weird characters as Spanish graphic accents?
