studio 2019 crashes every day

Studio 2019 crashes every day.  Not a day goes by that Studio doesn't crash for some reason or another. Usually right before a delivery. How can I prevent this?

    I used to have problems with larger files crashing in Studio but I found that if I then turned OFF 'Match repair' in the project settings, the crashes stopped. Most of my work is proofreading so I don't really need fragment matching turned on.
    Here's where you do it:
    If you're not working with project settings, i.e. working via Translate Single Document, the above function can also be turned off via File>Options.

    Then you can also close the 'Fragment matches' window in the Editor view but that bit's not necessary for stability though.
    I also have LookAhead turned off, via File>Options, here:
    That speeds things up, as does having 'Enable verification of segment' unticked under 'After Confirming Segments Manually'
    This isn't an answer but it can stabilise things until you find out what is causing the crashes...
