Hi Paul, thank you for your response. Still I am in doubts, in this case I try to create general TMs, and not for any specific project. 
Beforehand, back in the day, I was able to create an EN-PL TM and a correspondent PL-EN TM with relevant flag pairs. See Noratel TMs in my screen shot. Now I am attempting to kind of repeat my action with the Prawnicy TMs and all of the sudden there are many flags. I do not get it at all, nor the significance (if any) and implications, either. 
What is peculiar with the Prawnicy TMs. When I translate from EN to PL both Prawnicy TMs are enabled. And I would expect only EN-PL Prawnicy TM to be enabled. Because my intention is to translate from EN to PL only. I am confused.

Back to the "enable" issue. Do I have to manually tick the box "enable" or Trados does it automatically once it has detected the languages. Earlier on I have not paid much attention to that until now...

Hi Maciej,

You have added this TM using AnyTM which means it can be used for any of the language pairs you have in your project:

This is why you see all the flags. If you just add it as a normal TM you won't see them.

It should be enabled when you add it... but if it's not then tick it. You can see it when you add the TM.  The "update" box probably won't be checked for subsequent TMs so if you want to update multiple TMs watch out for that.

Now you got me Paul. I cannot tell the difference between Any TM: .... and reversed TM as in the Noratel TMs in my screen shot.

My only purpose is to be able to reverse TMs in case of the Prawnicy TMs. Because often times my clients modify endlessly files without marking the actual changes and I would like to use Trados in such instances. 
I was able (I trust) to do so with the Noratel TMs but I am lost now with the Prawnicy TMs. I am not able to create Prawnicy_ang_en-GB.pl_PL.anytmreverse.sdltm that is the point, if my thinking is right...

You don't actually need to reverse your TMs. If you select your TM using AnyTM, which you clearly did in your first screenshot and this is why you have all the flags, then it will work in both directions.

Note that you don't need the plugin referred to in this article. When I wrote it there was only a plugin... today it's part of the product.

On this. You have added two completely different TMs here.  One will only work en-pl and the other will only work pl-en.

If you simply add the en-pl to all of your projects using AnyTM to add it then it will always select the right one automatically.  There is no need to select the reversed TM at all, just leave it where it can be found. So in the same location it was when you first added a TM using AnyTM.

If you don't do this then you start ending up with TMs that contain different content which defeats the object altogether.

Ok, I need to study this AnyTM thing more... By the way, I have no slightest idea how I managed on Earth to create those two opposite Noratel TMs. Thank you Paul and have a pleasant evening. Rgds

It'll come clear when you read the article. You added a TM using AnyTM and this created the reverse TM automatically.
