"Any" translation memories

Question

Good morning, 
 Ladies & Gentlemen, I normally create a reversed TM, e.g. I have an English-Polish TM, and then I create a Polish-English one. 
 The language pair of the TM is indicated by the Polish and British national flags, as in the picture. 
 However, in the case of the encircled database it is different. 
 The source TM "Prawnicy" is English-Polish. 
 When I reverse the aforesaid TM, instead of just two flags, I have more, as I have encircled. Why is that? What does it matter? 
 Besides, when I translate a new file using the TM "Prawnicy" into English-Polish, the reversed base is activated. It shouldn't be like that, because the reversed TM is for the Polish-->English language pair only, I believe . 
 Please help me understand what I do wrong. Best Maciej

 It'll come clear when you read the article. You added a TM using AnyTM and this created the reverse TM automatically.

 You have added this TM using AnyTM which means it can be used for any of the language pairs you have in your project: 
 
 This is why you see all the flags. If you just add it as a normal TM you won't see them.

 It should be enabled when you add it... but if it's not then tick it. You can see it when you add the TM. The "update" box probably won't be checked for subsequent TMs so if you want to update multiple TMs watch out for that.
