I'm translating a contract and many of the lines start with either ticks or unticked checkboxes, like this:

■期中持續審查
I would like not to have the checkboxes affecting the TM in any way. I not they are not underlined blue so I assume they are not placeables. Is there a good way to handle this?

If there are only a few segments with those boxes, I'd just split segments.
On the other hand, if there are a lot of them, I'd to add a segmentation rule to the main TM. This post can help you:
Also, once you have finish your translation, you can always open your TM, filter by those boxes and delete them both in source and target.
