 It's not possible to open SDL, though it was perfectly working last week. The error shown is the following. what shall I do? Thank you for your help!

  • I don't know if SDL has already contacted you about this problem (they're usually quite quick to respond). In case they haven't - below is the repair suggestion they sent me (and which worked for me) for you or anyone else who might need it ....

    This issue might be caused by some temporary settings, that we need to reset. On the article below you will find the steps to do this. Try this with Studio closed.

    Please try to do a repair installation according to the article below:

    and

    Goto C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL, rename LanguageCloud.bin to LanguageCloud.bin_OLD.

    Re-open Studio and re-login to Language Cloud. "
