Most likely a problem with a TM.  Close Studio.

Go to this location:  

• for Studio 2017 : C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0
• for Studio 2019 : C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0 

Find this file: TranslationMemoryRepository.xml and rename it to TranslationMemoryRepository_old.xml

Reopen Studio and see if you still experience the issue.   

In addition to this you can try to repair your translation memory which might be causing the problem:

I just encountered the same issue in Studio 2024.

I've tried renaming the files you mentioned without success.

Any clue on how else to solve this?

I'd love to not have to reinstall Studio if possible:(.

I've made a few unsuccessful attempts. I've found workarounds to finalize my ongoing projects in the meantime.

I'll be OoO in less than an hour, so I'll try again as I return, and will revert should this not solve the issue.
