I have been sent and been working on an sdlppx file. I have now lost the structure for the sdlppx file that the client originally sent me. How do I restore this please without losing the work already completed?

The original package had subfolders which have now disappeared.
Look at my screenshot - have you activated the option "Include subfolders"? This does NOT change anything in the package structure, but allows you to work on all project files in one go, when you open them all together (virtual merge). This is the most convenient way to work on projects.
