Ok Paul sorry to disturb you so long, I think I will do things differently.

I want now to translate the values of the JSON (not the key) from french to english. I have my JSON file with french translations already set. So I imported the french Json file in order to translate. But, I have also an english Json file with already few translations. 

Now, how do I put the translations that I have from my english Json file so I do not have to translate it twice?

Do you have the original FR file that matches the EN?  If you do then you could align them to create a TM.  Then when you work on your FR file with this TM anything that you have translated before will be recognised and offered as a translation.

Let's say I have "test.fr-FR.json" for french translation and "test.en-US.json" for english translations. How do I match them so the translations in the english file appears when I translate the french file?

First of all the "test.fr-FR.json" and "test.en-US.json" need to be the same content, just different languages.  Then you align them using the alignment module in Studio and import the aligned content into a Translation Memory.

No you create a project with your FR file and attach the translation memory you created.

But I feel as though you're not providing the full story here because if you have these files then why would you need to translate the FR file at all... you already have it in English?  This process is only useful if you then have another FR file and some of the content could be the same as the content in your aligned files.

french and english file have the same keys but not the same value obviously. 

I have already english file because before using your system we already started to translate some files so I asked if it is possible to not translate twice the key we translated.

Ok so I tried to use the align tool. I give you the examples that I tried to align:

test.fr-FR.json source file

and test.en-US.json target file

The 2 files are very simple and the align tools seems to struggle align the expressions, it aligned "Table" with "Name" and etc... I did a test with those files but I have files with hundreds of lines so how can I do?

Which is because you have empty translations in your en-US file.  So just disconnect them to get this:

Then align them to get this:

Studio can't do this for you.  Since you started this way without a CAT tool if you want to take advantage of the translations you had done already you're going to have to do the work to build your resources.

If that's too long a process for you then just use MT and post-edit, so in effect start again.
