Trados Studioフリーランスバージョンのシングルユーザライセンスがリセットできません

Question

PCのトラブルで、OSごと再インストールしました。SDLのアクティベーションをやり直す必要があるようですが、 
 ライセンスの「強制返却」をしようとしても、エラーになり、うまくいきません。 
 どのようにすればいいでしょうか？

 You should be able to reset your licence direct through your SDL Account as follows 
 
 If this isnt working for any reasons- 
 Please submit a Licence reset request- 
 
 https://gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing 
 The licence team can then quickly reset this for you.
