Can the translation memory I'v created in Trados Studio SDL 2019 be saved as a word file or exported to a word file?

I'm not sure why you'd want it as a word file, but you could use the Glossary Converter. This can convert the file to Excel or to TXT perhaps, and then you can convert that to Word.

Thank you Paul for your answer. Actually, I want to save the translation memory as a word file as an additional back-up.
In that case I recommend you export to TMX. That would be far more useful as a backup.
