Hi, I was going to log in to Language Cloud but Sign In screen shows the error message below and can't go anywhere. Please help.
It may relate that it shows the pop-up screen when I start Studio???
Are you sure your connection to the internet is up and accessible to Studio?

Yes, my internet is running normally and other link buttons on Studio such as "Studio Blog" in Help section are working.

My guess here, is that the problem is a browser/Antivirus issue.
Especially as you use other options but not download the update.
Please try a different browser and ensure that Studio/MultiTerm is added to your Antivirus providers exception list.
Then restart your machine and Studio.
